According to KCPQ-13’s Washington Most Wanted, police and Department of Corrections (DOC) authorities are looking for Mario Nicdao (also know as Mario Gray). Nicdao is a convicted sex offender who has refused treatment and failed to register as a sex offender. He was convicted of raping a 3 year old boy at age 13.
He also is known to use drugs and alcohol.
DOC officials say that he uses the internet to meet teenage boys. Nicdao is a level 2 sex offender (likely to re-offend) who is currently unregistered. This means that the DOC and other police agencies are unable to track his whereabouts or activities.
Nikdao is believed to hang out in the Capital Hill area of Seattle, Bothell or Everett.
