Graffiti continues to be a
problem in Snohomish County, be it from taggers or from gangs marking their
territory or sending a message to a rival gang. According to The Herald,
reports of graffiti in Everett have remained steady over the past two years.
The rule of thumb to remove or
paint over graffiti quickly remains valid. If someone has put graffiti on your
property remove it as quickly as you can.

While most graffiti is produced
